SAN ANTONIO -- A federal judge in Colorado has ordered the federal government to pay $4.4 million in damages to the plaintiff who died after taking prescription drug Viagra, which is similar to the popular drug that has caused thousands of deaths in the United States since 1998.
Plaintiff Michael Lee was found dead in Colorado Springs in 2013 after taking the drug, a drug that works by blocking the enzyme found in the brain that causes erection.
Lee suffered an unusual form of stroke in 2009, when he began having symptoms of an irregular heart rhythm.
Lee died in his home in San Antonio, and his family filed an lawsuit in federal court in Denver.
The lawsuit alleged that the defendant had used Viagra to treat erectile dysfunction, and that the defendant had taken other drugs to treat erectile dysfunction.
According to the lawsuit, the defendant had used Viagra for more than five years, which he had never experienced before.
Lee had been taking the drug for more than three years, and he died in Colorado after taking it for five years. The plaintiff's family sued the defendant after Lee was convicted of first-degree murder, and the state of Colorado filed a claim against the defendant.

The Food and Drug Administration has approved a new prescription drug for erectile dysfunction that contains sildenafil, the same active ingredient found in Viagra.
The prescription drug is the first of its kind, designed to treat the symptoms of sexual dysfunction in men. It is the only FDA-approved treatment for erectile dysfunction.
Sildenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis when an erection occurs.
But it can have side effects including headaches, dizziness, facial flushing, and nasal congestion. It’s also available in pill form for men who want to save money on prescription drugs.
The new drug will likely be used in women who are not pregnant or may become pregnant.
The Food and Drug Administration said it was “premature” to approve the drug because the FDA has not approved it for use in women.
It also didn’t specify whether the drug was approved for use in children.
The approval of the drug is not expected to last more than five years.
The FDA also said it wasn’t clear whether the drug was approved for use in the U. S. or a foreign country.
The drug is only available in three strengths: 25 milligrams, 50 milligrams, and 100 milligrams.
The FDA said it’s “reviewing the safety and effectiveness of this drug for pregnant women,” though it’s not clear if it is safe for children. But the agency’s review team said it could take up to six months.
The FDA also recommended that it include a warning about the risk of severe heart and liver problems in children.
The agency also recommended that women take a warning that the drug may interact with alcohol and certain drugs.
The drug is also approved for use in women who have diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease and women who take certain medications for other conditions.
“We are committed to ensuring the safety and effectiveness of this drug and that it has the potential to be effective for those women,” said Janet Jackson, the federal health secretary. “We continue to work with the FDA to ensure that women who are pregnant or may become pregnant do not take this medicine.”
